We operate two coreless induction furnaces capable of producing castings from as little as 0.2 kg through to heavy sections of 450 kg. Our two moulding lines, supported by high-capacity sand mixers, allow both boxed and boxless mould production using recyclable furan resin bonded sand.

Please read these terms carefully. By engaging Trent Castings Ltd for the supply of goods or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. An order shall only be deemed accepted upon the Company's written acknowledgement. The Company reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
Quotations provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing, and are subject to change without notice thereafter.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all specifications, drawings, and technical requirements submitted with an order are accurate and complete. The Company accepts no liability for defects or non-conformance arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of invoicing.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel production on outstanding orders where accounts are overdue.
Delivery dates provided by the Company are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequential costs arising from delays in delivery.
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. Title to the Goods shall remain with the Company until full payment has been received.
The Company may deliver in instalments. Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract and failure to deliver any one instalment shall not entitle the Customer to repudiate the contract as a whole.
All Goods are manufactured in accordance with relevant British and European standards (BS EN GJL, BS EN GJS, BS EN GJS ADI, BS EN GJN) unless otherwise specified by the Customer in writing at the time of order.
The Customer shall inspect all Goods upon delivery and notify the Company in writing of any defects, shortages, or non-conformance within 7 days of receipt. Failure to notify within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the Goods.
The Company's liability in respect of defective Goods shall be limited to, at the Company's discretion, repair, replacement, or a credit against future orders. The Company shall not be liable for the cost of any remedial work carried out by the Customer or third parties without prior written consent.
Where the Company manufactures or stores tooling, patterns, or core boxes on behalf of the Customer, such items remain the property of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company will exercise reasonable care in storing Customer-owned tooling but accepts no liability for fair wear and tear, deterioration through normal use, or loss not caused by the Company's negligence.
The Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable storage fee for tooling held on site beyond an agreed period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to the Customer — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the Order giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of production, or loss of contracts, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under any order where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, industrial action, war, pandemic, energy shortages, or failure of third-party suppliers.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
